By far the best fitness program/training sessions I have ever done! I cannot recommend Triple A Personal Training highly enough, I have achieved more in the last 6 months than I would have thought possible. Adrian has been the perfect mix for encouraging and challenging for the maxim benefit without the intimating environment of traditional weight training settings. Adrian provides friendly, personalised sessions that play to my strengths and weaknesses so you are always made to feel like nothing is impossible and plenty of laughter along the way. Always on hand to answer questions and queries, Triple A Personal Training offer an extremely knowledgeable and passionate service to help you achieve your goals and motivate you to put the work in. With plenty of explanations throughout, I have really understood why we are doing the exercises and what the aims are. I have already seen huge differences in my wellbeing, physique, and confidence levels and I’m just at the start of my journey. I am very excited to see what the future holds with such support and hard work. I really enjoyed the 12-week programme. I knew I needed to do something, but wasn’t sure what it was as I have never been one for goal setting. I have never had a personal trainer as I thought they were all scary and would not provide positive encouragement for someone as inactive as I was. As I got into the programme, I became more engaged with the process and as gains started to happen, I set myself goals each week with the support of Adrian, who is a great PT and is very supportive in all aspects of training.

I cannot recommend this guy enough! I genuinely have never ever ever enjoyed any form of exercise until now. (Shh don’t tell him) Adrian will personalise workouts to push you towards achieving whatever your goal is. He is incredibly passionate about his work, knows his stuff, and will go above and beyond to get out of you more than you ever thought possible. Lots of hard work along with lots of laughs and chatter – time just flies! I feel so much better since I began this journey, much stronger physically and mentally, fitter, and best of all – no more migraines!!! Amazing result! If you are even just thinking about using a PT give him a call, he is just fantastic at what he does.

If your nervous or unsure about personal training like I was I would definitely recommend Adrian. He put me at ease straight away. He’s friendly, down to earth, enthusiastic, encouraging, and very knowledgeable. He listens to what you’re wanting to achieve and designs a programme to suit you and will adapt where needed. In just a few sessions I started to notice a difference in my fitness and muscle definition. I’ve gone from not enjoying weights to actually loving them!
